Battery

This small helicopter needs the mini LiPo batteries with 400MAh single cell 3.7 volt power. This battery gives 4G3 the power for 8 minutes easy flying in normal made and 5 minutes 3D flying in idle up mode.

The only issues, regarding the battery, reported so far are that the battery holder is fragile and can be broken in hard landing and also the battery keeps falling out. The battery connectors are also very tight and it is difficult to separate them.

The newly released Walkera 4G3 is credited as the micro type helicopter and till now it the tinniest existing 6 channel fully operational RC helicopter in the market. Despite its small size, it has all the functions of big helicopters. The Walkera 4G3 is so small that even flying it inside your house is not a problem. However, flying it inside your house or any small area will not bring out the full potential of 4G3. Since the 4G3 is small, it speed is very fast and it can go very far and higher, therefore, a big area will be good to enjoy the full experience and excitements of flying Walkera 4G3. Also, before you fly 4G3 outdoors and in big area, you should get used to flying it and become a skilled pilot of 4G3 in any safe area.
