Our Story
We are excited to share with you the ongoing impact of our work at 4G3 in strengthening
displaced and persecuted Christians across the Middle East and beyond. Our mission is to help
believers stand firm in their faith, and we’re privileged to be part of their journey.
MELTI (Middle East Leadership Institute), our regional arm, was founded in 2000, and since
then, we’ve reached over 1 million people. In 2019, we took a significant step forward by
founding 4G3 with the goal of expanding the reach of MELTI’s ministry in response to the
refugee crisis. Our commitment is to help believers from a variety of backgrounds,
denominations, and cultures develop the character and skills needed to walk with God and
positively impact their communities.
We offer a unique 15-month, 70-hour discipleship curriculum that is unlike anything else in the
Church, providing mentorship and modeling biblical mindsets in leaders' native languages. This
curriculum is a vital tool in our mission, and we are proud to be launching 4G3 Discipleship
Institutes in some of the most remote and challenging locations. Whether in buildings, makeshift
spaces, under trees, or near demolished structures in war-torn regions, we are meeting believers
where they are.
By God’s grace, we have established Discipleship Institutes in Syria, Iraq, North and South
Sudan, Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Tanzania,
Pakistan, and Ukraine.
While the refugee crisis continues to grow and the urgency of the situation heightens, we remain
committed to creating lasting transformation. Our mission is not just about immediate relief—it’s
about laying the foundation for long-term change through patient, ongoing discipleship.
