Russ Crosson is executive vice president and chief mission officer of Ronald Blue Trust. Russ was hired in 1980 as the second employee of Ronald Blue Trust. Russ has worked extensively in all areas of financial planning, specializing in comprehensive financial, estate, and philanthropic planning, as well as generational family wealth management and transfer. Russ serves as chief advocate for the heart and soul of the organization and works to ensure the mission of the company is carried out with integrity in every area of the organization with a focus on making sure the company's mission is passed down and inculcated into future generations.
Prior to his current position, Russ served as president and CEO of Ronald Blue Trust (2002 - 2017). From 1999 - 2002, Russ served as executive director of the National Christian Foundation (NCF). Russ is the author of several books including Your Life Well Spent, The Truth About Money Lies, What Makes a Leader Great, and Your Money Made Simple. He has also been a featured speaker in many venues. Russ and Julie live in Roswell, Georgia, and are active in teaching and mentoring young married couples in their church. They have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and eight grandchildren

Currently serving as a co-founder and CEO of GTM Partners, a data-driven Analyst firm, Sangram and his team are championing the cause of "Efficient Growth" with modern go-to-market plays. Sangram is most passionate about teaching the business of marketing, leadership, and life through is 21 signature frameworks.
Manmeet Vajre has 15 years of experience in corporate America in the field of IT Audit and Information Security. God called her out of the corporate world in 2021 and now she volunteers as a youth leader for middle school girls in her church and also participates in the adult women's Bible teaching as well as prayer ministry at The Well, a non-profit Christian organization. Manmeet came to Christ in 2016 as God miraculously saved her marriage and restored her relationships with her husband and son. Manmeet and Sangram have 2 kids, Krish and Kiara and they live in John’s Creek, Georgia.
Dr. Larry Hornsby, M.D. grew up in Augusta, Georgia, and went on to receive degrees from the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia. From 2005 to 2015, Dr. Hornsby was the medical director and CEO of the Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb. The Center opened in May of 2006 and was created to “spread the love of Christ through quality healthcare to those in need.” The Center is a not-for-profit family medicine/dental clinic that seeks to serve people without insurance who are under 200% of the federal poverty level. Dr. Hornsby is currently delivering medical services in Marietta, Georgia at Wellstar Health Systems. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Wellstar and is Chairman of the Board of Wellstar Clinical Partners, an organization of over 2,000 physicians dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare delivered in Georgia.
Dr. Hornsby has always had a heart for missions and received much of his mission training overseas. His medical missions started in 1999 in Mseleni, South Africa. He has delivered medical services in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Nairobi, Kenya, Lhasa, Tibet, and Kabul Afghanistan.
He is a husband to Kip and father to Alea and Jackson.
